6:15-7:15PM- Basic Zumba ( Monday, Weds, Friday)

6:15-7:15PM- Zumba Toning ( Tuesday, Thursday)  




8:00- 9:00 AM- Zumba Boot Camp ( Nieda )

Bring yoga mat and a 3-5 pound weight and or your toning sticks

9:30-10:30 Line Dancing with Lorne

12PM- Basic Zumba
